Our Story
Blank Point Started was founded in 2016 and started offering services to the public sector. Going into COVID era, we pivoted to offer services to the entire private sector(from small to enterprise size businesses). Our niche has been cloud PBX and we developed into a one stop shop service provider. From wholesale, enterprise SIP Trunking retail, professional services, manage services and Data connectivity.
We have a global foot print in parallel to domestically in the USA & Canada. We are based in Atlanta GA, we have become a leader in white glove service within the VoIP industry.

Ozzie is one of the iconic people in life who can say they love what they do. He mentors 20+ in-house developers and looks after the community of thousands of developers and field technicians. Ozzie comes with over 20+ years of maintenance and dispatching. He is aligned with the vision of Blank Point and brings the tenacity and experience to provide masterful service.
Brenda Underwood, COO
Brenda loves taking on challenges. With a decade of expertise in call center infrastructure creation, along with 20 years of experience in corporate training, business development and leadership. Brenda brings a unique dynamic that helps companies elevate and thrive for the long haul. Her professional motto, “Keep it simple and get it done!” drives her commitment to operational excellence.
